Chocolate Buttermilk Pancakes
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon brown sugar
3 teaspoons white sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/3 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons cocoa
Sift dry ingredients together; beat eggs until fluffy; add dry ingredients (including cocoa) and beat until almost smooth. Stir in milk and butter. Beat only until mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Bake at 375 degrees until done.
