Whiskey Pralines
3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
1/2 c. cream
2 c. pecans
3 tsp. whiskey
Put sugar, corn syrup, cream and nuts into a heavy saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Cook into the soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add whiskey.
