Breaded Pork Chops
6 pork chops
3/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup boiling water
Add salt and pepper to bread crumbs
Beat egg and add milk
Dip chops in liquid and roll in crumbs
put 3 tablespoons fat in a skillet and brown chops
Place chops in a baking pan or dish and add boiling water
Cover and bake at 400 degrees for about 50 minutes
Serves 6

Thank you for the recipe. I would like to know in the step of "Place chops in a baking pan or dish and add boiling water", should I put water and chops together?
