Grilled Cube Steak with Fries

Do you use your grill in the winter? I do, all winter long! I'll admit, I was leery of this grilled cube steak recipe. Cube steak can be a tough cut to prepare, and grilling is not something I ever thought would work well. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and texture and enjoyed this very much. I still prefer a good country fried steak recipe for using up cube steak, but this was a nice change of pace. I'd give it a 4 out of 5.
