Grilled Cube Steak with Fries

Do you use your grill in the winter? I do, all winter long! I'll admit, I was leery of this grilled cube steak recipe. Cube steak can be a tough cut to prepare, and grilling is not something I ever thought would work well. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and texture and enjoyed this very much. I still prefer a good country fried steak recipe for using up cube steak, but this was a nice change of pace. I'd give it a 4 out of 5.

Pasta with Garlic Roasted Broccoli and new recipes

I love pasta with a simple sauce made from broth or olive oil and some added seasonings. This recipe for pasta with garlic roasted broccoli was really good and I would definitely make it again. There are walnuts in here, which I thought added a wonderful dimension, but if you have a nut allergy simply omit them. I give this 4.5 out of 5 simply because I felt it was lacking a little on flavor and needed salt added. After the salt it was perfect :)

We've added quite a few new recipes to Annie's! Come try some :)
